The Rivergate Business Park Industrial precinct forms part of the West Coast developments of Parklands, Sandown and Sunningdale, which stretches between the West Coast Road (R27) and the N7. Sandown Road is currently the main connecting road with a large commercial precinct and a double-lane roadway, featuring MyCiti Bus lines.
Rivergate Business Park was launched in November 2013 and consisted of 55 erven, totalling roughly 90,000 square meters. There remains a strong interest in developments in this area, with most of it suitable for the rental market, as Rivergate continues to be a favourable location for investors. Light industrial units range between 240 and 500 square meters.
